Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nakita Wilson and I was born and raised right here I'm Columbus, Ohio. I'm a proud first time mother to a beautiful 7 month old baby girl named Noelle.

I was extremely impressed when I walked into Scarlet Management for the first time. I was greeted by beautiful [and handsome], articulate, young professionals. I knew this was the type of culture I wanted to be apart of!

Now that I've joined the team, I must say I survived my first week thanks to the Recruiting Manager, Jaclyn Martini. She showed me the ropes and made me feel comfortable. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Danyelle Anaya in Dearborn, Michigan with One Source Provider. She was one of the other Administrative Recruiters who reached out to me. She gave me a warm welcome and helped out here at Scarlet while I trained.

I'm so eager to learn and progress with Scarlet Management. I've been waiting to be apart of a company that's willing to teach, train, and guide me so that I can reach my ultimate goal, which is: (drum roll please) Financial Stability! I see myself continuously advancing, whether it's to the [up and coming] events team or even earning the trust of the company to take on a remote position (Noelle would love that). I'm ready to prove myself as a viable member of this team. I know there are great things in store for myself and Scarlet Management this year.
